How We Help


Becoming independent is an important part of the recovery process, and that starts with a job. We provide all clients with job placement either at local businesses or in our own work program. Ridge House provides the following programs and services to support career development:

Our recovery programs are designed to develop skills for independent living and facilitate the process of rejoining the community by making that journey less daunting. Financial education, counseling and communication skills are fundamental to lifelong success. We provide all of our clients with the tools needed to be successful at Ridge House and for years to come. Recovery services and programs include:

  • Credit restoration

  • Self-help support groups
  • Mentoring and peer services

Many clients require assistance with substance abuse and mental illness. Our staff is trained on both and have a success rate that beats national standards. These recovery oriented system of care programs include:

  • One-on-one counseling
  • Group counseling
