2004 Ridge House Success Rates

According to Jackie Crawford, Director of the Nevada Department of Corrections, 68% of former offenders that do not enter a re-entry program, such as the Ridge House, Inc., return to incarceration within one year of their release. Of the 166 residential clients served in 2004, 131 successfully reintegrated back into the community, their families, and the work place, marking a 79% success rate. Remarkable when compared to the state average of 32% success without re-entry services. Of the 220 outpatient clients 209 sucessfully reintegrated showing an amazing 95% success rate. Ridge House success is measured by the number of graduated clients that successfully reintegrate into society without returning to the Nevada Department of Corrections.
